Born in Massachusetts and raised in Kernersville, North Carolina, Heather has built a strong foundation in the legal field through both education and hands-on experience. A student-athlete, Heather earned a running scholarship to Queens University of Charlotte before continuing her studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG).

With over three years of experience in the legal industry, Heather began her career as a Legal Assistant for an attorney specializing in Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Business Law. She went on to serve as a Paralegal for a dedicated Real Estate firm, further expanding her expertise in property law and transaction processes. Heather now serves as the Intake Coordinator at Batch Poore & Williams, where she is the first point of contact for prospective clients. In that role, she guides callers through the consultation process, gathers the information our attorneys need to evaluate each matter, coordinates fee agreements and onboarding for new clients, and works to ensure that every person who reaches out to the firm feels heard and supported from the very first call.

Outside of the office, Heather is actively involved in the community—coaching her child’s soccer team and promoting youth development through sports. A passionate runner, she has completed several races, including 5Ks, half marathons, and a full marathon at Walt Disney World. In her downtime, Heather enjoys playing Fortnite, spending time with her husband and four children, and watching Patriots football.
