Hailey LaRock is an Associate Attorney at Batch Poore & Williams, focusing her practice on family law and trial advocacy. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, she brings a thoughtful, dedicated approach to every case she handles.

Before attending law school, Hailey spent several years working as a family law paralegal, gaining hands-on familiarity with how family law cases are managed from intake through resolution, experience she now draws on daily in her legal practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2018 and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2022, both from the University of North Texas, before going on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Campbell University in 2026.

Hailey has built a reputation for strong client advocacy and effective courtroom representation, and has received a commendation from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers in recognition of her trial skills.

Outside the office, Hailey enjoys cozy video games, reading, knitting, traveling, and cheering on the N.C. Courage alongside her fiancé.
