Alli is a Paralegal at Batch Poore & Williams with a strong background in the legal field and case management. She graduated in 2019 from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a dual degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology and Psychology.

Prior to transitioning into the legal field, Alli served as a Probation Officer in Colorado, specializing in sex offender management and working with clients involved in sex offense and domestic violence cases. That experience built a unique foundation for her work at our firm, sharpening her skills in communication, crisis management, organization, and navigating complex and sensitive legal matters with both professionalism and compassion. At Batch Poore & Williams, Alli supports the firm’s attorneys on family law matters, including custody, divorce, domestic violence protective orders, and related cases, where her background working directly with people in difficult moments translates naturally to the day-to-day of paralegal work.

Alli got married and moved from Colorado to North Carolina to be closer to family. In true Colorado fashion, her dog even served as the wedding witness, with his paw-print “signing” her marriage license. Although she’ll always miss the mountains, she has grown to love the beach and coastal lifestyle of the East Coast. Outside of work, Alli enjoys traveling with her husband, camping, hiking, spending as much time outdoors as possible, and a good glass of wine or cocktail.
