Madison Davis is a passionate family law attorney who brings both personal insight and professional focus to her practice. As the daughter of a U.S. Army servicemember, Madison grew up living in various parts of the world but now calls Raleigh, NC her home. This unique upbringing instilled in her a deep sense of adaptability and empathy—especially for the challenges that military families often face.
Madison earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in International and Comparative Politics, and completing minors in International Studies and French. She went on to attend Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2023. While in law school, she also completed her Master of Business Administration from NC State in 2022.
During law school, Madison clerked for a local family law firm, solidifying her passion for helping families through some of life’s most complex transitions. Since graduating, she has practiced exclusively in family law, helping clients navigate some of life’s most personal and difficult moments with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Madison is also deeply committed to mentoring young women. She currently serves as the Chair of the Chapter Advisory Board for Kappa Delta Sorority at NC State, where she supports and guides collegiate women as they navigate leadership roles and new chapters in their lives.
In her free time, Madison loves spending time with her partner, Matt, and their Irishdoodle, Reynolds (Named after Reynolds Coliseum, go Wolfpack!). Her favorite ways to unwind include taking long walks with her beloved dog, being outside, diving into a good book on her Kindle, and spoiling her nephews whenever she gets the chance.
