Kelly Jo Sigler

Kelly Jo Sigler is a dedicated professional with a strong academic and practical background in political science, linguistics, and public service. Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Kelly Jo earned her dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, followed by a master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Mississippi.

Her early exposure to the legal field—working as a legal assistant through a high school work-study program—sparked a lasting interest in family law and advocacy. Since then, she has brought her passion for service and analytical insight to roles with the U.S. Congress and FEMA, where she gained valuable experience navigating complex government systems and supporting communities in times of need.

Outside of her professional life, Kelly Jo enjoys reading classic Westerns, practicing embroidery, and spending quality time with her three children. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to her work and remains committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
