Brittany is an associate with our firm with a focus in child custody, child support, and domestic violence matters. Her experience includes civil litigation representing insurance companies and employers in workers compensation matters.
Brittany received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brittany continued her education at Campbell University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.
While attending Campbell University School of Law, Brittany served as a Research Assistant focusing on special education topics and also served in the Restorative Justice Clinic. She also helped organize a symposium related to updates in North Carolina’s Raise the Age legislation with Campbell’s Education Law and Policy Society. Brittany clerked with Wake County Family Court and spent an extensive amount of time working with the Wake County Guardian ad Litem office for over two years while in law school.
Brittany loves spending time with her two dogs, Daisy and Max. Her husband, Sean, is currently stationed in Norfolk, Virginia and is a naval officer on an aircraft carrier. Brittany and her family love spending time at the beach and exploring the food scene in the Triangle area.
